Bad news is coming on inflation
New Delhi: In the month of October, there has been a setback on the inflation front. Inflation reached 4.62 per cent during October. The inflation rate was 3.99 percent during September 2019. At the same time, during October last year, the inflation rate was 3.38 percent. The inflation figures have increased this time as compared to the previous month i.e. September 2019 and the month of October last year.
The biggest reason behind the rise in inflation during October is the rise in prices of food items. Inflation in food items was 5.1 percent in September, which increased to 7.89 fees during October. It is important to note that the most important thing in the inflation data is the inflation of food items. About 50 percent of the rate of inflation is in the food category.
There has also been a significant increase in the inflation rate of pulses and vegetables during October 2019. During October 2019, the inflation rate of pulses increased to 11.72 percent, while in the previous month i.e. September, it paid 8.4 fees.
On the other hand, the inflation rate of vegetables has also gone up from the previous month's figure of 11.4 percent to 26 percent. For this reason, this increase in inflation has been seen during October 2019.
