Effect of government announcement, 13.16 lakh applications appeared in this exam, admit card released

13 lakh 16 thousand 985 candidates have applied for the National Eligibility Test (NET) of University Grants Commission (UGC). The Admit Cards have been issued by the National Testing Agency (NTA). These have to be downloaded online. Admit cards will not be sent through separate postage.

Due to the announcement by the Central Government to fill the vacant posts in educational institutions, good opportunities are expected to be created in the education sector, due to which a large number of applications have been received. Candidates applying can get the admit card through their registration number and password or registration number and date of birth. The National Eligibility Test (NET) for Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) and Lectureship / Assistant Professor is conducted in two groups.

10.34 lakh applications in UGC-NET-

The UGC NET exam will be for 81 subjects. Traditional-professional subjects and languages ​​are included. For this, 10 lakh 34 thousand 869 candidates have applied from all over the country. The exam will be online from December 2 to 6. Looking at the large number of recruits, it can be said that the education sector is giving good career opportunities.

2.82 lakh applications in CSIR-NET-

The Council of Scientific and Industrial Research i.e. CSIR-UGC-NET exam will be conducted in five subjects. There are 2 lakh 82 thousand 116 applications for this examination in Math, Chemistry, Physics, Biology and Earth Science. The exam will be online on 15 December.
